I discovered mosaic in the Louvre Museum in Paris in 1994. It was a shock and I immediately decided to practice this fascinating Art. After 3 short mosaic trainings in Paris and Rome, I opened a workshop in Rome in 1998 and I worked there for 6 years. Then, we moved to Tuscany and I’m going on with my passion here, near Florence.

I have created this blog to share my works and the techniques I use with other mosaists. At the moment, I am making a portrait of “La scapigliata”, Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece. I am showing how I am making it step by step.
